DY CM inspects Maharaja Hari Singh park | KNO

JAMMU, JANUARY 21 (KNO) : Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh today inspected the pace of work on the Maharaja Hari Singh park which is being developed on the Tawi River banks. Financial Commissioner Housing and Urban Development Mr. KB Agarwal, VC JDA and other senior officers were present on the occasion. Dr Singh went around the park and inspected the final touches being given to the park for the formal inauguration to be done and dedicate the park to the public. He also inspected the reading rooms and other related infrastructure. While interacting with the officers, the Deputy Chief Minister said that it is one of the prestigious projects being undertaken in Jammu and we have to ensure that it is completed within the stipulated time lines. He said that it will also come up as one of the major tourist attractions of the city.(KNO)
